What is your cancellation policy?

You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, or you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.

Where can I find parking?

Parking can be found on the street outside of the building.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept credit, debit, cash, and check. However, a card on file is still required to book for cash and check payments.

What products do you use?

As an ambassador for Roden +  Fields, we use premium products that's the most beneficial for your skin provided by them.  

 

​How should I prepare for my facial?

After our virtual or in-person consultation and finding out what skin type and tone you have via the Fitzpatrick test, please make sure you do these things: Do not have makeup on when you arrive, avoid using retinol and other products that have active chemical ingredients, avoid excessive exposure to the sun, and avoid hair removal (shaving). All of these things can cause the skin to be extra sensitive to our treatments. Stay hydrated and, if possible, cleanse your face with a chemical-free wash.

 

​Is the Fitzpatrick Test mandatory?

Yes. The Fitzpatrick Test will give us the necessary information to determine which treatments and products work best for your skin type.

Is there a consultation fee?

The consultation fee is $100 and is deducted from your first visit.
