What is your cancellation policy?
You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance or else you will be charged with a cancellation fee which is half of the price of the service you booked.

Where can I find parking?
Parking can be found on the street outside of the building.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept credit, debit, cash, and check. For cash and check payments, it is still required to put a card on file in order to book.

What products do you use?
As an ambassador for Roden + Fields, we use premium products that's the most beneficial for your skin provided by them.

How should I prepare for my facial?
After our virtual or in person consultation and finding out what skin type and tone you have via Fitzpatrick test, please make sure you do these things: Make sure to not have makeup on when you arrive, avoid using retanol and other products that have active chemical ingredients, avoid excessive exposure to sun, and hair removal (shaving). All of these things can cause the skin to be extra sensitive to the treatments that we perform. Make sure to stay hydrated and if possible, cleanse your face with a chemical free wash.

- Is the Fitzpatrick Test mandatory?

Is there a consultation fee?
The consultation fee is $100 and is deducted from your first time visit.
